Updates of DVAT

- Last date for filing DVAT/CST return for QTR-3 of F.Y.2013-14 extended to 07.02.2014  (Cir.No.F.7(420)/VAT/Policy/2011/PF 1273-1279 dated 31.01.2014)

- Last date for filing Form AR-1 further extended to 28.02.2014 (Not.No.F.3(384)/Policy/VAT/2013/ 1258-1270 dated 29.01.2014)

- wef 01.02.2014 all Notices/Summons/Orders will be issued online by DVAT Authority and available on web page of dealer (may be issued by post till 31.03.2014). Also informed to dealer by SMS ( on registsred mobile no.) and by e-mail to registered e-mail ID).  ( Order No.F.3(366)/Policy/VAT/2013/ 1235-1245 dated 17.01.2014)

- Bank of India denotified wef 15.01.2014 for payment of DVAT/CST by dealers liable to be registsred under DVAT ( Notification No.F.7 (400)/Policy/VAT/2011/PF/1207-1220 dated 08.01.2014 )
